Basecamp is the platform I use to manage projects and collaborate with clients. Over time, I noticed that many clients needed extra guidance during the onboarding process, which often led to repeated calls to explain the same tools and features. To make things smoother and more efficient for both sides, I created this onboarding presentation as a visual walkthrough.
