I’m Estelle Zahner, a proactive social media manager shaping engaging online narratives for organisations. In my role with the Swiss Handball Federation, I planned and executed social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, create target-audience content (texts, images, videos, reels, stories), managed communities, monitored KPIs, and designed information sheets, posters and visual event assets to support teams and campaigns. Prior to focusing on social media, I planned and organised handball events, collaborated with clubs, venues, sponsors, media and service providers, and served as communications lead for top leagues. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Fribourg in Communication Studies and Media Research, Business Administration and Contemporary History, and I’m fluent in German, French and English.
