This is just a sound redesign to show case environments, UI, creatures, spells, melee and mix.
Trove is a project that resulted in a voxel-based, free-to-play massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) combining elements of building (like Minecraft), dungeon-crawling, and adventure games. It features procedurally generated worlds filled with player-created dungeons and items, various combat classes, and a focus on collecting loot. The project’s core idea was to create a unique blend of creative building and action-packed exploration within a lighthearted, blocky aesthetic.
RIFT, developed by Trion Worlds, was an ambitious MMORPG project aiming to deliver a highly customizable class system, dynamic open-world events like planar invasions, and a focus on player control and polish. The project’s goal was to create a living world where chaos erupted, offering new challenges and experiences daily, setting a new bar for stability and service in the genre. Its core features included a deep soul-based class system for customization, large-scale dynamic battles, player housing, and various group content like dungeons and raids.
I was audio director, sound designer, audio implementer, audio team lead, composer for DLC Prophecy of Ankhet. I worked on every aspect of the game’s audio design - creatures, environments, spells, audio systems and tooling and directed a team of sound designers.
A multiplayer roguelike RPG where players team up to explore randomly generated dungeons, battle monsters, collect loot, and unravel the mystery of a “Time Gate”. It features a unique Cthulhu-inspired art style, multiple character classes with unique skill trees, a new pet system, and real-time voice communication for cooperative play. Players form guilds, recruit friends, and can even face “well-designed BOSS” monsters in their quest for treasure.
I was responsible for The Sound Design. Weapons, Creatures, UI, Spells, Props, Traps
A father bumbles, batters, and burns his way through Saturday breakfast.
I wrote the music and included both diegetic and non-diegetic music elements including guitarele, piano, accordian, humming and whistling.
I cast and recorded voice over for both characters, and designed sound effects and foley with a final mix and master. Full audio production!
The animation won a few awards.
