6 Preludes for Piano (2020)

An exploration of aleatoric and extended piano techniques as ornamental and organizational processes meant to conjure images of a garden.

They were workshopped and recorded in close collaboration with the recording pianist, and the implementation of their feedback on technical and notation matters helped to refine the material from a performer’s standpoint
