Ensuring that the content (Video, audio, text) our client's users were creating adhered to the guidelines the client had in place. - Using digital moderation tools to escalate inappropriate or illegal content that may require medical or legal attention. -Identifying different trends on the platform that may damage the clients image. -Adhering to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) to ensure our client, and their users, data was protected - Was part of a project to bring the language issues we were having with the moderating tool to the attention of the client. Many language queues were getting videos that were not in that queues language. (I.e hindi videos were in the English queue). This project involved myself and several other agents monitoring how many videos we had to reassign to other languages and what element of the video was in a different language. Not only did I monitor my reassigned videos, I was also the point of contact for other agents working on the project. - Another agent and I were also responsible for consolidating the most common songs heard in videos into a presentation for all agents to access. This presentation covered the lyrics of these songs so all agents would be aware of what profanities were in the song lyrics. By doing this we prevented videos contain songs with derogatory lyrics, that may be hard to hear, from being uploaded onto the platform. This presentation is updated on a weekly basis so we can keep all agents updated on the musical trends of the platform. - I am part of the BEX committee which is responsible for promoting employee satisfaction in the workplace. This is done through monthly competitions and events.
