Web App for Storing, Managing, and Sharing Sensitive Personal Information

Lifeplanner is a web app that helps users remember their past, plan their daily lives, and prepare for the future.

I led the product design team into a complete app redesign, working directly with in-house developers and the management team to ensure that business and product goals were aligned.

I helped create a product development strategy and conducted multiple user testing rounds to inspire file storage, sharing, onboarding, payment, automatic information retrieval feature development, and more.

RESULTS
• Signups increased by 28%
• User satisfaction improved by 38%
• User acquisition increased by 25%
