Hi, I’m Hailey Gesh, a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with over 10 years of experience. I’ve worked across educational environments, digital content creation, and graphic design, turning big-picture ideas into polished, practical learning experiences. I love designing engaging and effective visual assets that help people learn and connect.
Throughout my career, I have designed for a variety of settings including schools, churches, and retail businesses. I enjoy collaborating with teams to improve user experiences and streamline communication through clear, consistent branding and well-crafted digital content. When I’m not designing, you can find me exploring new ways to integrate technology into education and marketing.

Project Overview
When I joined Bethel Church’s communications team, a new website had just launched. While it followed the brand guide technically, it lacked clarity, cohesion, and user functionality. Visitors were hitting dead ends, encountering non-functional buttons, and struggling to navigate on mobile.
After a few months of observation and feedback, I proposed a complete redesign centered on relational clarity, usability, and mobile-first design.
