I have always enjoyed problem-solving and understanding how everything works, which led me to the Software Engineering bootcamp from General Assembly. Through the course, and when I was studying Game Design, I came across many different problems which I enjoyed navigating and figuring out solutions for. This is what drew me to software engineering, as there are a lot of similarities between the two.\n\nI believe that I work well as a part of a team and know how to best utilise my skills to help with any project. This includes communicating with my colleagues and making sure we are all on the same page. My passion lies as a full-stack developer, and this was the area where I felt the most enjoyment throughout the course.

Work Experience

Juicer at Joe and the Juice
September 1, 2024 - Present
In this role, I initially worked full-time before switching to weekends while pursuing my course. Throughout that time at Joe and the Juicer, I developed strong teamwork and communication skills, consistently collaborating with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly under high pressure and fast-paced conditions. I became highly skilled at time management, balancing multiple responsibilities and adapting quickly as priorities shifted. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze changing needs, problem-solve in real time, and support others effectively, all of which directly contribute to my approach as a software engineer: I value collaboration, clear communication, and adapting efficiently to new technologies and challenges.
