1. Reinforces The Brand
One of the most important elements of CPG design -- whether it's for a website, business cards, or of course, your product packaging -- is to ensure that the design constantly reinforces the brand.
2. To Protects the Products
No one will care how great the last marketing campaign was or how "cute" the packaging looks if it can't protect the products during the shipping process, or even on the ride home from the store.
So I strike the right balance between form and function -- and show off the actual product in the process.
3. Design to Reflect Product Quality
The package design is a direct reflection of the product that it contains.
I try to help the consumers to make an association about the kind of "experience" that these products offer to people just like them. For example, packaging with sleek black-and-white photographs to create a sense of luxury.
4. To Creates an Emotional Connection with the Target Market
Believing that, colours can quite easily create an emotional response in the target market. For example, Orange red Crayola can create a sense of energy and urgency ( which is great for fits supplements and foods.) and yellow, Consumers see yellow as the happiest colour, So I incorporated it in these products.
