    Summary: Mom, Lalo and Lola walk around the neighborhood with their little dog Milo. They greet different workers of the community, such as Didi, the policewoman; Nila, the firefighter; Fede, the postman; Tato, the taco vendor; and Rosa, the paletera. Throughout the chapters, Mom and Lola run after the little boy Lalo and the little dog Milo, who both are very curious.

    Summary: We meet a Cuban-American family living in Miami, Florida. Claudia, a 7-year-old girl, introduces us to her family, traditions and their idiosyncrasies. Each chapter will take us to different places, from the family get-togethers and dinners, to the beach where people practice water sports, to the popular Calle Ocho with its Cuban cafes and restaurants, and the famous Viernes Culturales. We will see the great relationship between Claudia and her grandparents, and we’ll read about how Abuelo disappears for hours every Saturday.
