Built automated data pipelines using BeautifulSoup and Selenium to scrape and process data from 5 external enterprise sources. Assisted in data processing of large datasets, which increased chatbot model accuracy to ~ 90%. Applied prompt engineering and integrated client-specific business data to improve AI chatbot system outputs. Improved chatbot response quality by increasing data pipeline reliability, implementing API rate-limits handling, and reducing data delivery latency.

Full Stack Developer Intern at Moongate (Web3 NFT Ticking Platform)

Assisted in optimizing the platform using TypeScript/React/Node.js stack to support large-scale QR check-ins used by 10,000+ event attendees. Enhanced backend API to support major event onboarding that can cause high traffic spikes of 5-10x. Contributed in improving data-fetching and response times for NFT ticket issuance, event pages, and QR check-in flows to reduce page load latency during heavy load.
