Two Moons Creative is a long-running full-stack consultancy delivering custom web platforms, data-driven systems, and business-critical software for clients across professional services, media, education, and commercial sectors.

I owned the end-to-end technical delivery across projects — from system architecture and backend development through to frontend implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance. Work typically involved designing PHP-based platforms, relational data models, RESTful APIs, and workflow automation to support real-world business processes.

Projects ranged from bespoke customer portals and intranet systems to content-heavy websites and operational tools, often integrating third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs. A strong emphasis was placed on reliability, maintainability, security, and clear information architecture.

Alongside hands-on engineering, I worked closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, ensuring platforms were intuitive, scalable, and fit for purpose. Two Moons Creative has supported long-term client engagements spanning many years, reflecting a consistent focus on quality delivery and trusted technical leadership.

BIDTEK is a SaaS platform designed to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of government procurement for small and medium businesses. The platform automates tender discovery, relevance matching, structured data extraction, and bid preparation workflows across public and private procurement sources.

As Founder and Principal Engineer, I designed and owned the end-to-end system architecture, including API-driven ingestion pipelines, structured data models, ETL workflows, and backend services supporting tender analysis and workflow automation. The platform operates in a regulated, data-heavy domain where accuracy, traceability, and system reliability are critical.

AI-assisted development techniques were applied pragmatically to accelerate iteration, improve code quality, and support structured content generation, while maintaining a strong focus on maintainability, observability, and long-term system health. The project integrates cloud infrastructure, relational databases, and automation tooling to support scalable, production-grade delivery.
