I owned the end-to-end technical delivery across projects — from system architecture and backend development through to frontend implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance. BIDTEK is a SaaS platform designed to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of government procurement for small and medium businesses. The platform automates tender discovery, relevance matching, structured data extraction, and bid preparation workflows across public and private procurement sources.

As Founder and Principal Engineer, I designed and owned the end-to-end system architecture, including API-driven ingestion pipelines, structured data models, ETL workflows, and backend services supporting tender analysis and workflow automation. The platform operates in a regulated, data-heavy domain where accuracy, traceability, and system reliability are critical.

AI-assisted development techniques were applied pragmatically to accelerate iteration, improve code quality, and support structured content generation, while maintaining a strong focus on maintainability, observability, and long-term system health.
