I feel that I am a great candidate because four years ago I was tasked to learn Salesforce for the startup construction company that I worked for developing custom web applications using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, MySQL, HTML, CSS, git, Linux VPS. When the owner shared his vision to use Salesforce for every aspect of the business from Sales and Leads CRM, Dialer, CPQ, Project Management, ERP, etc and asked me to learn Salesforce, my voracious appetite to be challenged and learn new skills eagerly accepted. I collected and analyzed our business and user requirements that I developed solutions for along with future requirements and developed a plan to use Trailhead to accomplish this hefty goal. I soon gained and refined skills in Architecture, Administration, Configuration, and Development. I consistently was able to evaluate the most cost effective solution that was most efficient to get into production which always involved customization inside the Salesforce org and occasional integration with external applications. I found the tools of Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, DML, SOAP and Rest APIs, Data Import/Export Tools, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning App Builder, Sandboxes and customization and implementations of SF Appexchange products provided confident solutions to complex problems that I faced. I managed low-tech construction and office support users training them to use the new tools to increase and optimize the efficiencies of our business processes as well as monitoring reports and user adoption for effective follow up evaluations. I managed multiple project timelines, requests, updates, documentation, deployment changes and responsibilities using Trello and Power-Ups.
