Supported the Casual Dining Restaurant Training team with the design, development and implementation of Leadership and Hourly Employee training and onboarding programs. Led a Culture Champions synchronous workshop; created trainer guides, workshop material, and a Leaders video. Facilitated in-person learning events for 30 restaurant leaders to implement an 11-week Manager In Training program focused on Leadership Competencies and Behaviors. Collaborated with HR, Legal and HRIS to streamline onboarding from a 75-page hard copy to an online, digitally signed workflow using Rise and HR systems. Developed workshop material and sessions for two Leadership programs and mentored 20 mid-level leaders; discussed work in company sessions and mentored junior staff on adult learning and multimedia design.
