Key Achievements:
- Localised marketing strategies multiplied revenue by 3 year on year in Europe and gave me the opportunity to present our approach, successes and thought process to our leadership team during an internal conference attended by the whole business, it was then decided to utilise this approach for all go to market initiatives within the business
- Increased distribution and D2C launch supported by a 360 campaign plan increased French revenue from 1.5 to 3 million in a year
- Ongoing optimisations across all channels increased conversion rate from 0.8% to 2.5% whilst localised brand campaigns increased brand awareness from 1% to 4%
