Hi, My name is Kristian Piazza, a Fashion & Textile Designer based in Como, Italy, with over five years of hands-on experience across the full textile production pipeline — from concept and graphic design to technical file preparation, colour variation, and order management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textile Design from Accademia Aldo Galli – IED Network (Como, 2019–2022), where I developed a strong foundation in graphic design, textile culture, tailoring, and marketing. My academic career included a notable corporate project with Yamamay S.p.A., for which I created graphics and patterns for the capsule collection “EDIT S/S 21” — a project that was commercialised and exhibited at the ADI Museum. Since graduating, I have built a solid professional track record in the textile and printing industry. At Tintoria e Stamperia di Lambrugo S.p.A. (2022–2024), I worked as a CAD Operator, Colour Variation Specialist, and Designer, handling both traditional and ink-jet print files while managing client relationships. I then moved to Ipotesi S.r.l. (Tintseta Group, 2024–2025), where I took on a broader role combining design, layout, and technical preparation for print. Most recently, I have been working as a Product Developer at Lorma S.r.l. (2025–2026), where I act as the key liaison between the style office, the technical/CAD department, and the printing facility — overseeing textile techniques, finishing, and order progression. What sets me apart is the rare combination of creative and technical expertise I bring to every project. I am proficient in industry-standard graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) as well as specialised textile software (Inedit, Smart Print, Color Blend, Dedalo, Vedo, Italfabrics), enabling me to bridge the gap between artistic vision and production reality. I am comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are paramount. I am fluent in Italian (native), proficient in English (B1), and have a basic command of German (A1). I am eager to bring my skills and passion for textile design to a dynamic and innovative team.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background aligns with your needs.
Warm regards,
Kristian Piazza
