I began my career as a Mechatronics Engineer in a molds factory, quickly advancing to Production Manager within three years. My drive for innovation led me to El Araby (a partner of SHARP-Toshiba) in Egypt, where I served as an R&D Engineer while pursuing a master’s degree focused on AI in manufacturing. This foundation embraced the complexity of systems and the human factors that drive performance. Motivated by a passion for Business Development and generating tangible impact, I transitioned from technical roles into managerial positions, where I could best integrate people, processes, and visions. I’ve since led cross-functional teams in designing and shipping MVPs that align with real-world customer needs, and developed multiple POCs to validate market demand and drive stakeholder buy-in. Most recently, as a customer oriented process developer, I’ve overseen customer onboarding and adoption, built clients' loyalty, and driven expansion by tailoring solutions to business goals. My contributions have led to exponentially less returns and negative feedbacks, more informed product strategy, and visionary growth.
