User Experience Design Immersive Fellow/Apprentice at General Assembly

Worked on a project for Ashraf Electronic, a large store selling electronic products. Identified user issues such as lack of detailed product descriptions and simplified explanations that caused hesitation in purchasing. Redesigned website to modernize it and corrected errors by enriching product descriptions to be detailed, accurate, and easy to understand. Also worked on a 2-week project for BNI Insurance, facing usability issues on their website. Conducted user testing and interviews, identified confusing and complex tasks, issues with terminology in mixed languages, and other barriers. Proposed solutions including simplifying terminology, improving customer communication, recategorizing services for better user-friendliness, and changing colors for better visual appeal.
