For the past three years, I have worked as a Senior Audio Lead at Tencent America/Lightspeed Studios. During this experience, I have been tasked with team management across all disciplines from an audio development perspective. In addition, I created all of the audio content including sound effects, music, and dialogue editing/processing. Audio implementation was handled in Unity. (I also have completed several projects using the UE audio system and middleware) In addition to these skills and tasks, I worked to develop and took ownership of our games audio vision and direction. I was also directly involved with documenting and implementing my vision with our engineering team in order to provide guidance for our audio tools development. During my time working at Tencent, I’ve always shared and executed our team values. Most notably, I worked honestly, respected team members ideas and processes, and worked utilizing “reasoning over ego.”
