identity and community presence.
At The Star Inn, I also ran targeted paid advertising campaigns on Facebook to

periods and high-demand weekends. Additionally, I implemented targeted SMS
marketing campaigns for both restaurants to promote seasonal offers and themed
menus—such as Christmas and Halloween—using audience insights from
