    Solent University - Final Major Project ("Left Behind" by Occams Laser - Music Video)

    During my last year at university, I was tasked to create a 3-4 minute animated piece using any media of my choosing.
    I set my goal on creating a music video, as I am very passionate about music.
    I reached out to synthwave music artist ‘Occams Laser’ and he was more than happy to collab!

    Since my project had turned into client work, I asked him if there was any preferences he had for it in mind. He gave me a short story brief but wanted me to have full creative control with the rest of it!

    As I worked on this project continously throughout 8 months, I stitched together: PowerPoint briefs, concept art, storyboards, designing, proof of concepts, animatic, animating and the post production, all while keeping in contact with my client.

    This animation won “Best Animation” at my year’s screening. This meant my course leader had reached out to industry companies like “Bluezoo” to vote on out of my class, and chose mine!
