I was born in Rijeka, Croatia, in 1995, and from an early age I nurtured a strong interest in art and creativity, which guided me toward education in that field. After completing an art-focused secondary school, I earned a master’s degree in art education. Through my studies and work experience, I gained skills in teaching children aged 6–13, developed strong communication abilities, and learned to blend my passion for art with educational work. I am currently employed at the British International School of Ljubljana, where I continue to grow my pedagogical skills. Alongside teaching, my main professional focus is digital illustration and character design for children’s picture books and literature. I have illustrated the picture book Izgubljeni mrav (The Lost Ant) for Linit Design and created illustrations for Alfa’s primary school music textbooks. After years of traditional drawing and painting, digital illustration has become my primary medium, and I am actively developing my own picture book project.
