My Solution: I built a Make.com automation that: ✅ Captures new leads instantly from Google Forms. ✅ Creates Notion entries automatically with mapped fields. ✅ Segments leads by budget: • $500+ → High Budget + instant Slack/email alerts • $200–$500 → Mid Budget • $100–$200 → Low Budget ✅ Adds custom automations for follow-up steps. Impact: The client now has real-time data sync in Notion, automatic alerts for high-value leads, cleaner records, and faster follow-ups — all with zero manual work.     My client needed a seamless automation system inside GoHighLevel to streamline lead engagement. They had two existing email sequences but no automation in place to manage follow-ups or SMS reminders. I configured the GoHighLevel CRM to import their email campaigns, added triggers, delays, and conditions to ensure timely delivery, and tested inbox placement for reliability. I integrated a Twilio phone number and designed SMS follow-ups that connected directly to the email workflows. To ensure flawless performance, I conducted full end-to-end testing using dummy contacts. This included monitoring delivery rates, message timing, and lead journeys across both email and SMS. As a result, the client now has: Automated email campaigns with improved inbox placement SMS reminders for higher engagement A dedicated phone number for accurate tracking and reporting This automation workflow saved the client significant manual effort while increasing overall campaign efficiency.
