🧑🏼💻The Challenge: The client faced a massive 80% homepage drop-off rate, with over 85% of users not scrolling below the fold, severely limiting conversions and AOV.
🤹🏼My Action & Skills Demonstrated:
🧑🏼💻Data Analysis & Research: Analysed user session replays and heatmaps to pinpoint the exact UX bottlenecks
🥷Strategic Prioritisation: Created a comprehensive 300-point CRO audit and prioritised hypotheses using the ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) model
🔎 Problem-Solving & Technical Aptitude: When the A/B test crashed in Shoplift, I led the troubleshooting effort, identified a tracking-code error, and collaborated with developers to resolve it, ensuring data integrity
🚀The Impact: The redesigned, CRO-optimised homepage delivered:
✅ +38% Conversion Rate Uplift
✅ +$20 Average Order Value (AOV)
✅ +44% Units per Order (increased from 4.1 to 5.9)
