I am Mohamad Halbouni, a visual artist born in Syria in 1993, and I live and work in Berlin. I studied at the University of Damascus, Weißensee Academy of the Arts in Berlin, and attended courses at Babelsberg Film University and the UDK. Since 2020 I have been working as a freelance photographer, videographer and artist assistant, developing my practice across image-making and 3D visualization. My education includes Meisterschüler at Berlin Weißensee Kunsthochschule (2024–2025) and a Diplom from Weißensee (2018–2024), as well as studies at Damascus University (2012–2015).
