The Autofrenos app is structured into three main modules: Clients, Sales Representatives, and Administrator.

Client Module:
Clients can place orders through the app on behalf of a specific sales representative. The representative is automatically assigned based on the client’s location (department or city). Once an order is submitted, it does not immediately generate an invoice; instead, a notification is sent to the assigned sales representative. The representative reviews product availability within the company and either approves or rejects the order. When approved, the order appears in both the client’s and the representative’s order history.
Additionally, clients can submit feedback such as recommendations, questions, or complaints, as well as update their profile picture and personal information.

Sales Representative Module:
Sales representatives can manage incoming orders by approving or rejecting them, view detailed order histories, and track their total sales performance by month and year. This module also includes sales statistics and visual reports to help monitor productivity and performance over time.

Administrator Module:
The administrator has full control over the system. They can create and manage sales representatives, oversee global statistics, and monitor all orders. The administrator is also the only user authorized to assign tracking numbers (shipping guides) to orders, ensuring that clients can easily follow the status of their deliveries.
