In this project, I took on the responsibility of developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring the successful launch of a brand-new pop-up event. My expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and PR coordination allowed me to create a multi-channel campaign that effectively built anticipation and engagement before the event even began.
A key aspect of my role was crafting compelling pre-event marketing collateral, including the development of the event’s overarching story and detailed character narratives. By creating a strong, immersive brand identity, I was able to generate excitement and drive awareness among the target audience. My ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking ensured that the event’s marketing materials resonated with both potential attendees and key stakeholders.
Collaboration was essential to this project’s success. I worked closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring a seamless and consistent strategy. My targeted approach to B2B engagement played a crucial role in generating interest from corporate partners and industry professionals. I supported email marketing campaigns, contributed to website development, and designed high-quality on-site event assets, all of which reinforced the brand’s presence and credibility.
The results of this campaign speak for themselves. In December 2024 alone, our Instagram strategy reached 92.1K accounts, with 340.2K video views driving engagement and awareness. The B2C-specific Apres Ski Saturday event sold 1.6K tickets, demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeted marketing efforts. On LinkedIn, our content generated 11.7K impressions, successfully increasing visibility and engagement within the B2B space.
By combining my strategic expertise with a deep understanding of audience engagement, I successfully helped to position the event as a must-attend experience within its industry. My ability to connect storytelling with data-driven marketing not only strengthened brand awareness but also contributed to a highly successful launch.

Led the strategic management of The Bowls Club’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages, focusing on content creation, editing, and scheduling to engage both corporate and consumer audiences.
