    Challenge

    Bayer AG, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies,
    employs nearly 100,000 people globally. Within this vast organisation,
    the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance (MAPV) division—
    comprising nearly 3,000 employees—plays a critical role in ensuring
    the safe use of Bayer’s products for patients worldwide.

    Despite its significance, the MAPV division lacked a structured
    onboarding programme for new hires and refreshers for existing
    employees. To address this gap, I was brought on board as an
    Instructional Designer to create an engaging, interactive, and
    gamified learning experience that aligned with Bayer’s high
    standards and global reach.

    Results

    Bayer reported strong performance improvements across its training
