Visualising Strategic Change

A series of draft illustrations and character concepts created to communicate the purpose and long-term vision of a transformation program. Designed for stakeholders and program teams, the visual journey translated complex strategic information into an accessible narrative that remained relevant as activities and milestones evolved. I reviewed and synthesised extensive program documentation, then developed the visual concepts, characters, and storytelling approach to communicate the program’s intent and strategic alignment.
