I recently developed a website for a company supporting pharmacists with insurance and advice.
I managed both frontend and backend tasks to build a secure and easy-to-use platform.
One key feature I developed was an AI-driven chatbot using LangChain.
It was allowed to provide quick, accurate assistance to users.
With LangChain, I integrated natural language processing (NLP) so the chatbot could understand questions and respond conversationally.
I configured the chatbot to improve over time, using insights from interactions to deliver more accurate support and recommendations.
The most challenging aspect of this project was fine-tuning the chatbot to handle a wide variety of user queries while maintaining a natural, helpful conversation.
It was also important to ensure that the chatbot continuously learned from interactions to provide better answers.
The project was a collaborative effort, and I worked with a small team consisting of a UI/UX designer, a backend developer, and a security expert.
I coordinated with them regularly to align on design, functionality, and security requirements.
I also worked closely with the security expert to ensure data protection was maintained throughout the development process.
This project helped me use my AI and full-stack skills while collaborating efficiently to create a reliable and intelligent platform for healthcare professionals.
