Appexbots is a Telegram-based commerce platform for small and medium businesses. The product includes Telegram mini apps, storefronts, product catalogues, ordering flows, and merchant-facing management tools.
I co-founded the product and led the design side: UX/UI design, product logic, visual identity, interface structure, and customer-facing and business-facing flows.

Design challenge
The main challenge was to make a Telegram-based product feel less like a simple bot and more like a lightweight commerce platform: clear, scalable, fast to use, and easy for businesses to configure.
I worked on product logic, user flows, information architecture, UI patterns, and visual design — turning a messaging-based experience into a structured digital product.
