Project Overview The product required a complete design overhaul to improve clarity, address usability issues, and strengthen brand identity. The redesign aimed to streamline the user journey, remove friction points, and introduce a scalable system that supports long-term product growth. Research & Discovery I began by conducting user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to understand key pain points. Common findings included complex navigation, inconsistent UI components, and difficulty completing core tasks. Competitive research also helped identify industry standards and opportunities for differentiation. Personas and empathy maps were created to guide decisions and ensure the design aligned with real user motivations. Ideation & Structure Using insights from the research phase, I developed multiple concept directions through sketches and low-fidelity wireframes. I refined information architecture to create a more logical flow and mapped user journeys to visualize their interactions across the product. This allowed me to identify high-impact opportunities for improving task efficiency and overall experience. Design Execution I moved into high-fidelity UI design, focusing on visual hierarchy, accessibility, brand consistency, and device responsiveness. Interactive prototypes were developed to demonstrate user flows and micro-interactions. Throughout the process, attention was placed on clarity, simplicity, and reducing cognitive load. Usability Testing Several rounds of testing were conducted with users and stakeholders.
