Hi, this is POŁOZ here. I am a builder of my own music worlds. I am self-taught, composing music since I was 12, when a tracker program appeared on our home computer. I have always used a classical guitar in my work, and later also a bass guitar. Recently I have started learning to play the double bass. When I was 20, I made my debut for the Mik.Musik label. under the pseudonym DEUCE. It gained critical acclaim in the foreign and Polish press. In 2004, my second solo album was released "We can make it faster and better than DEUCE." I was constantly developing my craft, creating my own music. The first decade after my debut was a time of intense concerts, both solo and with the band Psychocukier, in which I have been a co-composer and bassist since 2001 - alone and in various personal configurations, I played on the stages of many important European festivals and clubs (unsound, club transmediale, wienmodern, off festival, opener, fusion). In the years 2016-2020 I worked as a bassist in the band Tryp, with whom I recorded one album and one EP. Since 2017, together with Bartek Kujawski (also known as 8rolek), we have been creating the TSVEY duo, which has recorded two albums: tsvey and O. In 2018, at the invitation of Mikołaj Bugajak NOON, I joined his concert lineup and recorded bass guitar parts for his albums Algorytm and Nobody Nothing Nowhere". Composing is what gives me the most satisfaction. I don't believe in talent. I believe in pleasure. My compositions can be heard in various places and circumstances: * Spot for Central Textile Museum 16th International Triennial of Tapestry Lodz 2019 * CYBERPUNK 2077 - Computer game * ZALANDO - advertising campaign to celebrate the company's 10th birthday * EDGERUNNERS - Anime series based on the game CYBERPUNK2077 * Pan Tu Nie Stał - audio messages for stationary stores My current artistic achievements include over 20 solo releases and with the bands Psychocukier, Tsvey, Tryp.
