I’m an experienced creative and communications professional with over 30 years’ experience across branding, design, campaigns, and organisational communications. I combine hands-on design expertise with strategic thinking to help organisations clarify who they are, what they need to say, and how to express it clearly and confidently. I’m comfortable working in complex environments – from multi-stakeholder projects and industry bodies to small businesses and community organisations – and I’m known for being collaborative, steady under pressure, and solutions-focused. Whether I’m leading a full rebrand, shaping a campaign, or supporting a team with ongoing creative work, my focus is on strong design, clear communication, and outcomes that feel practical, considered, and aligned with organisational values. I’m collaborative, practical and easy to work with. I ask thoughtful questions and work closely with clients and teams to deliver relevant creative outcomes. I take the time to properly understand the subject matter, digging into context and detail to make sure what I’m communicating is accurate and well considered. I’m equally comfortable providing hands-on design support or stepping into strategy when needed. I’m calm, organised and solutions-focused – especially when things get busy.

    uniE621 Intend Financial
INTEND FINANCIAL Brand creation Website CHALLENGE Three advisory businesses across Victoria and Tasmania were merging into a single entity and required a new name and brand that felt contemporary, holistic, and human – rather than traditionally financial. APPROACH Following a brand workshop, I developed the name Intend Financial and a visual identity that reflects a whole-of-life approach. Graphic symbols representing mind, body, and soul form a balanced, stacked-stone motif, paired with a bright, energetic colour palette. I was also involved in developing concepts for campaign photography and videography to reinforce an approachable, un‑financial tone. OUTCOME The brand was rolled out across signage, stationery, and a distinctive, user-friendly website, helping establish a clear, confident identity for the newly formed business. branding logo graphicdesigner designer webdesigner
    uniE621 Greenlife Industry Australia
GREENLIFE INDUSTRY AUSTRALIA Brand refresh Stakeholder engagement CHALLENGE As the national peak body for greenlife production, supply, and promotion, Greenlife Industry Australia required a refreshed brand that unified multiple state associations – each with different priorities and sensitivities. APPROACH I led an extensive consultation process involving workshops, focus groups, and direct engagement with state bodies, growers, and board members. The work balanced a state-first approach with the need for a cohesive national identity, informed by audience research, industry trends, and brand positioning. OUTCOME A contemporary, inclusive identity supported by a flexible logo system, style guide, and collateral suite. The refreshed brand strengthened internal alignment while presenting a clear, professional presence to external audiences. branding logo graphicdesigner designer
    uniE621 Healthy Mind Centre
HEALTHY MIND CENTRE Brand refresh Collateral CHALLENGE The existing brand no longer reflected the organisation’s calm, supportive culture or clearly communicated the breadth of its services. APPROACH I led a full brand refresh focused on approachability, professionalism, and clarity. The logo symbol combines references to brain and speech, supported by the positioning line pathways to better, which communicates growth and choice. The process involved extensive consultation to ensure the brand genuinely reflected the experience of both practitioners and clients. OUTCOME A friendly, contemporary identity rolled out across print, digital, and social media, supported by a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency, clarity, and longevity. branding logo graphicdesigner designer
    uniE621 Enriched Care Solutions
ENRICHED CARE SOLUTIONS Rebrand Website CHALLENGE Formerly Riverview Retreat, the organisation required a new name and brand that better reflected its values, services, and community impact. APPROACH I led the complete rebrand, including renaming the organisation to Enriched Care Solutions. The logo features a sideways love heart forming the E, symbolising care and connection, supported by warm, approachable colours and professional typography. The project involved close collaboration with the client, careful confidentiality, and art direction of multiple photoshoots working with people with disabilities. OUTCOME A comprehensive identity system, full collateral suite, and client-focused website that clarified services and increased engagement. The rebrand received strong positive feedback from clients, referrers, and staff. enrichedcare.com.au logo graphicdesigner illustrator webdesigner branding
    uniE621 Discovery Early Learning Centres
DISCOVERY EARLY LEARNING CENTRES Brand audit Art direction CHALLENGE Discovery initially wanted a simple flyer update. However, early on it became clear there was a disconnect between their strong values and how they were being expressed visually and verbally. APPROACH I led a comprehensive brand audit and repositioning process. This included developing the positioning line in their nature, while retaining the philosophy Imagine, Explore, Discover. I drew their new brand colours directly from Tasmania’s natural environment, and designed their symbol to simultaneously represent the individual growth of each child, the rings of a tree, the wider community, exploration, and the unique central-hub design of the learning centres themselves. I also art directed photography to build a flexible content library, and designed a website deliberately aimed at parents rather than children – creating a clear point of difference in a crowded sector. OUTCOME The refreshed brand has rolled out across all existing centres and continues to be implemented as new centres open across Tasmania. The work strengthened brand clarity, consistency, and emotional connection with families. discoveryelc.com.au branding logo graphicdesigner webdesigner designer illustrator
    uniE621 Our Cradle
OUR CRADLE Identity Copywriting CHALLENGE Our Cradle required a brand identity that could hold the quiet power of Cradle Mountain – atmospheric, grounded, and unmistakably Tasmanian – while also supporting practical outputs including valuation documents, a prospectus, and a simple website. APPROACH The identity centres on a reversed silhouette of Cradle Mountain emerging from the southern night sky. The mark was developed as a minimal, expressive form, designed to evoke stillness, scale, and the raw character of the landscape. This visual language was extended across print and digital applications, alongside the development of a short brand poem that shapes tone, rhythm, and sense of place throughout the materials. OUTCOME A distinctive, poetic identity that balances creative expression with functional communication. The result is a cohesive brand presence that feels calm, evocative, and enduring across both print and digital touchpoints. ourcradle.com.au branding logo graphicdesigner webdesigner designer illustrator
    uniE621 Dorset Council
CHALLENGE Dorset Council and the broader region required a unifying place brand that could represent growth, aspiration, and long-term opportunity – not simply a geographic marker. APPROACH I designed the Dorset Region brand mark, initially inspired by the physical shape of the region and its major connecting roads. This evolved into the Facets of Dorset device – an abstract system designed to unfold from the region’s form. The device was intentionally conceived to function like origami – allowing it to transform into a wide range of objects and shapes across marketing, reinforcing possibility and momentum. I also helped develop the tagline it’s in the making, which speaks to Dorset as a place of becoming – where people build homes, raise families, grow businesses, and leave legacies. OUTCOME The resulting identity is flexible, future-focused, and distinctly regional. I delivered the logo, visual system, and brand style guide to support consistent rollout and longterm use across council and regional communications. brand logo graphicdesign branding
