    Europeana is a not-for-profit organisation that empowers the cultural heritage sector in its digital transformation. My role there is to manage the social media channels of the organisation (create and manage the content calendar, run paid campaigns, set KPIs, provide reports on performance), run email marketing campaigns and provide support on the website (run on Contentful - CMS). I am currently adopting a more creative approach, focusing more on video creation for the marketing channels, SEO work, and Press.
