I’m Reg Proctor, a PHP/CMS web developer with 25+ years of software experience across LAMP, Drupal, WordPress, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, integrations, migrations, e-commerce, and production website maintenance.
I’m especially useful on freelance projects where an organization needs someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and keep an existing site reliable while adding practical improvements. I’ve worked on membership-style systems, CMS customizations, database imports, subscriptions/e-commerce, forums/community features, performance issues, and long-running production websites.
Most of my deep CMS work has been in Drupal, but the core PHP/MySQL/web maintenance skills transfer well across related platforms. I’m comfortable troubleshooting existing code, documenting what I find, coordinating remotely, and turning messy requirements into maintainable web solutions.
