Senior Women’s Clothing Designer at Lakeland Leather

January 1, 2024 - August 1, 2025

Tasked with creating a bespoke women’s wear collection that complemented the leather bags and accessories. From scratch, collaborated with owners and buying team to conduct market analysis, develop concept boards, color palettes, and source small-quantity fabrics and vendors. Ensured the collection was fully coordinated to work back with the leather range, staying true to the brand aesthetic. Led the entire design process from yarn and fabric sourcing to tech packs, led fit sessions, approved PP’s, introduced new suppliers, negotiated prices, and drove the critical path.
