The developer Sveriges Bostäder Stockholm AB needed more than a simple project showcase. They required a digital platform capable of serving a real commercial function: presenting residential developments, clarifying the product for buyers, building trust, and shortening the path from viewing to inquiry.
The previous website couldn’t support visual formats, interactive floor plans, consistent project navigation, or the overall level of the company.
A homebuyer makes decisions through visual and emotional perception — the sense of space, trust in the brand, and frictionless access to information.
This means a website must be more than a source of data. It must function as an experience of the project: clear structure, high-quality visual content, interactivity, and a cohesive identity.
As the project lead, I orchestrated the full creation cycle of the new digital platform sbs-bostad.se, covering branding, UX, visualization, and content production.
