yondr x POAB - Apica Quest, Arcade game
Port of Antwerp-Bruges came knocking on yondr's door searching for an arcade game that could portray their values of becoming future-proof while still being fun to play. It was decided to make an endless runner-type game where their values would be shown in the bonuses one can pick up during the game.
I translated the art director's ideas into 3D look dev mockups. Together with another 3D artist, I also created the in-game models and optimized and adjusted the model packs provided to us. Under the guidance of the art director, we also made 3D shots for the introduction videos. Lastly, I was responsible for checking all the models were up to the technical standards for the freelance developer so he could easily use everything he needed.

You Suck at Parking - Cosmetics
During my 4-month internship at Happy Volcano, I worked on the chaotic racing game You Suck At Parking. My main focus was making cosmetic attachments for the players to customise their cars. Many of these had to be within a theme or bundle, but some were also stand-alones.

yondr x Orange - Virtual Environment
"Orange and VOO, telecom operators on both sides of Belgium’s language border, are merging. To celebrate this merge and to help guide employees through this transition, Orange asked yondr to make a virtual world: a safe space for employees to roam freely, digest the information, and get to know the other side of the story. "
I was responsible for most of the in-game environment from moodboard and blockout up to final environment as well as the optimisation, integration and deployment to Spatial, a web platform that allows virtual worlds to run on any device.
The decorations in the bar, the animations and the in-game interactions were done by colleagues

Valley of the Ruins - UE4 Project
For this piece, the goal was to make a 3D environment based on the theme 'ruins'. The focus was on using lighting and composition to make the shot come to life. For the scene I based myself on the 2D concept "Titans Fall" by Khairizal Anwar. Check out their work here: https://www.twine.net/signin
I mostly used megascans assets and asset packs from Unreal Engine to put everything together and tried my hand at Substance Designer for the first time.
