I designed and developed the Ride Rotorua Store ecommerce website, delivering a modern WooCommerce platform built with WordPress and Elementor that provides an engaging online shopping experience while remaining easy for the client to manage. Alongside the website design and ecommerce setup, I implemented custom JavaScript enhancements, structured the product catalogue, optimised images for performance, and applied SEO best practices to improve search visibility and create a fast, responsive experience across desktop and mobile devices.

The project extended beyond the website itself, with a strong focus on empowering the Ride Rotorua team to manage their own content after launch. I provided mentoring, documentation, and hands-on training so staff could confidently update products, pages, and content without relying on ongoing developer support. The result was a flexible ecommerce platform that not only supports online sales but also gives the business the tools and knowledge to continue growing and maintaining the site independently.

I designed and built a bespoke Operations Portal for Plow Foods, creating a modern web application that sits on top of MYOB AccountRight and transforms it into a complete operational platform. Built using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Vite, Azure AD B2C, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and C#, the portal provides staff with a streamlined interface for managing customers, orders, invoices, inventory, stocktakes, production planning, delivery routing, and account reconciliation. Rather than replacing MYOB, the solution extends its capabilities by providing purpose-built workflows while retaining MYOB as the single source of truth for all core business data.

A major focus of the project was reducing manual administration through automation and intelligent workflows. I developed a range of cloud-based integrations that synchronise data with MYOB in real time, automate business processes, and support an AI-assisted order review system where customer orders are captured, validated, and approved before being committed to MYOB. By bringing operational data and processes into a single platform, the solution significantly improved visibility across the business, reduced duplicate data entry, simplified production and delivery planning, and established a scalable foundation for future automation initiatives as the company continues to grow.

I designed, built, and continue to manage Home Office Space, a Shopify-based ecommerce platform selling premium home office furniture throughout New Zealand. The project covered the complete end-to-end ecommerce experience, including store design, product management, pricing strategy, Google Business integration, and social media presence. I was responsible not only for the customer-facing website, but also for ensuring the platform could scale efficiently as the business grew.

Beyond the Shopify storefront, I developed a suite of Azure-based automations to streamline business operations. Using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and C#, I built integrations for dynamic price analysis, automated PDF generation, and other back-office workflows that reduced manual effort and improved operational efficiency. The result was a modern ecommerce platform supported by cloud automation, allowing the business to spend less time on administration and more time serving customers.
