Hello!
I am a hard-working product and graphic designer, with a sunny disposition.
I have a keen interest in styling and layout, with a strong focus on staying current with trends and forecasting future developments. Meanwhile, I thoroughly enjoy ideation and creating innovative solutions.
I have previously worked for deVOL Kitchens, I was headhunted by their R&D team during my university degree show, and then asked to stay on as a freelance designer when I chose to leave my full-time position.
Driven by a desire for change, environmental and social challenges are always at the forefront of my mind when designing. I endeavour towards developing creative solutions in a holistic manner, which produce meaningful and insightful user experiences.

A project to develop the deVOL’s inaugural wallpaper collection.
A Little About The Ditsy Delft Project…
Having previously collaborated with the directors at deVOL during my time as one of their product designers, I was entrusted with a freelance project to develop the company’s inaugural wallpaper collection.
The Ditsy Delft design was inspired by delft tiles, and their delicate hand painted inky brush marks.
Delft tiles are earthenware tiles that originated in the Netherlands in the 16th century. As a distinguished kitchen antique, this design style aligns seamlessly with the brand values and product catalogue of deVOL.
The Ditsy Delft wallpaper is available in two paint colourways, classic delft blue and sepia, both on neutral backgrounds.
The aim for this wallpaper was to design something unique, set apart from other papers. As deVOL do not specialise in this field, we didn’t want to compete with the existing designs in the wallpaper market.
The concept of a tile aesthetic came from a single photograph of an uncovered antique paper which we fell in love with instantly. The tile concept also fell perfectly inline with kitchen decor and deVOL’s range of products.
Mush was my final year major university project.
This was a material exploration project into mycelium and waste substrates, which led to the development of an illustrated children’s’ book.
"Mush encourages creative and innovative design of environmentally beneficial products, by mixing waste and mushroom mycelium in the creation of new materials.
Aimed at schools, Mush inspires an environmental focus through creative and open-minded thinking, via an engaging process of hands-on material creation.”
Developing a Milk Glass pendant light based upon French coolie shade antiques.
A Little About The Milk Glass Pendant…
This project began with deVOL directors deciding upon developing a milk glass coolie shade, based upon one which had been found in an antiques shop.
My main role within the initial design of this product was based around the shade, directing the shade to have a more delicate low incline sloping sides, in place of the original steep antique. Meanwhile, providing input and some ideation for the gallery fitting.
I investigated into the most periodically accurate methods of manufacture, and liaised with multiple suppliers, building strong relationships and navigating language barriers, and managed to develop a new shade, which could be manufactured using traditional glass blowing methods, meanwhile using an existing tool, to lower the production costs.
Through deVOL innovations I worked closely with Paul O’leary to produce a storyboard and character designs for the CB1 Medical company, whom was using deVOL innovations to develop their new website.
…A Character Illustrated Storyboard
The character designs needed to be clear and soften the website.
The illustrations aim, alongside serving as a storyboard, to balance the clinical-medical aspect with a more caring, approachable feel.
Lino print based on one of my hand-drawn wolf hiker ideation illustrations for Wolf Pack.
Wolf Pack is a purpose-driven adventure brand built to help people break out of this digital world. They create thrilling, low-cost, local experiences that help people feel alive again… They’re a response to modern life: too digital, too fast, too disconnected. Their events reconnect people with nature, community, and themselves through challenge, movement, and play… just real people doing hard things together, finding joy, resilience, and belonging.
Wolf Pack is more than an outdoor brand. It’s a tribe. A movement. A return to what makes us human.
A little brand with ALOT of character.
