With over half a decade of experience in the Design industry, I can confidently argue that; Good Design is everlasting, fresh & visually attractive. It's about building a connection with the audience and creating the right solutions for you... We will come to a strong promised outcome, together. A bit about me: 'My journey started during my studies at Otago Polytechnic, gaining my Bachelor of Design degree after 3 years. Soon after, I became an intern at the prestigious Tūhura Otago Museum. Putting what I've learned to the test with practical experiences across a range of media, strengthening my visual communication skills and collaborative approach. After a year in Germany and returning to New Zealand, I gained freelancing experience and work opportunities. I decided to use the skills I've learned as service in the funeral industry, helping families reach a connection with their loved ones. I had the pleasure of working with InvoCare at a Funeral home named Hope and Sons. During my time there, we developed our own graphic design identity (for funeral work) under the name of Komako Creative, servicing the funeral industry around New Zealand. I was fortunate to develop the Logo and Brand identity as we all pursued the expansion of our team and work opportunities. While working at Kōmako Creative, I developed personalised, thoughtful design solutions - ranging from service cards and cohesive content, to targeted marketing advertising - tailored to sensitive and specific client needs.' After 3 years, I've decided to expand and share my skills with the world, helping those in need of finding and building solutions together.
