Built and optimized backend services using Spring Boot, including PDF generation and automated email processing. Designed and implemented front-end web pages and dynamic email templates, enhancing user experience and communication efficiency. Gained hands-on experience in cybersecurity best practices and load balancing techniques to improve system security and scalability.
