    Skedulo — 5.5 Years of Brand Leadership
    Five and a half years leading brand at Skedulo, a deskless workforce management platform that scaled to a half-billion-dollar valuation and a $75M Series C raise during my time there. I joined to lead the rebrand and stayed to build everything that came after. The work covered every layer of brand: strategy, visual identity, the website, sales decks that won enterprise clients, brand activations, internal culture work (we called it Skedulo Heart), and ongoing creative direction across product, marketing, and people teams. Beyond design, I managed the creative budget, hired and led contractors, and was the brand's longest-standing voice through three funding rounds, multiple product pivots, and global expansion. Effectively, I was the brand's steward, making sure how Skedulo looked, sounded, and behaved stayed coherent as the company grew from Series A confidence to enterprise credibility. This case study covers the rebrand, the system that came out of it, and the way the brand evolved as the business matured.
    Arsenal FC × Adidas — Award-Winning Brand Activation
    Working with the team at 442 Design in Edinburgh, I contributed to brand activations for Arsenal FC and the Adidas partnership at Emirates Stadium. The flagship project was the redesign of The Armoury, the Adidas × Arsenal retail space. During the build, the team hit a wall: the original typeface used on the stadium's historic signage had been lost. I reverse-engineered the original letterforms, built a custom grid, and hand-drew the typography from scratch so the signage could be matched perfectly. That hand-drawn lettering still sits on the front of the building today. Alongside The Armoury, the team reimagined Chapman House, Arsenal's senior management space. That project won the 2019 Scottish Design Award for Interior Design. I also contributed to the 2019–2020 Adidas × Arsenal strip campaign and a high volume of print and digital advertising across the partnership.     MBG — Brand for Sustainable Workwear
    Made By Green is a sustainable workwear brand offering organic, chemical-free alternatives to an industry built on dirty manufacturing. Most sustainable workwear is either uninspiring or impractical. The challenge wasn't finding a green alternative — it was bridging the gap between sustainability and functionality, so businesses didn't have to sacrifice style or practicality to reduce their environmental footprint. I worked across the full launch: strategy, identity, and activation. Strategy stripped back the industry noise and built around one central idea — we are our own heroes. Rather than guilt-tripping businesses about climate change, the brand was positioned to empower people to contribute through do-no-harm garments. The identity ditched the usual eco-friendly clichés. The core symbol was built around the human story of the hero's arc — visually communicating the metamorphosis from feeling helpless about the climate into becoming part of the solution.     Ludi — Brand Strategy & Identity for a Lifestyle Movement
    Ludi is a tech-lifestyle startup built to hack the psychology of the daily grind — turning the boring parts of everyday life into a net positive for both mental and climate health. The challenge was translating a lofty, philosophical vision into a cool, magnetic lifestyle brand. Mental health and climate change can easily sound preachy or exhausting. The brief was to avoid that entirely — to build something people actually want to be part of. I worked across strategy, identity, and activation. Strategy shifted the narrative from a chore (saving the planet, fixing your mood) into a game (injecting play into daily life). We defined the early adopters and built the foundation to draw in customers, employees, and investors alike. The identity ditched the soft, muted aesthetics usually associated with wellness and climate brands. Instead, it leans active, optimistic, and unmistakable — designed not just for the company, but for the community proud to wear the badge.     Operative Intelligence — Investment-Ready Brand Execution
    Operative Intelligence built an AI platform that tells businesses exactly why their customers are reaching out, a goldmine of insight most companies can't read on their own. They came to me early, needing to win enterprise clients and raise capital fast. The brief wasn't a full rebrand. It was tactical execution: take what they had, sharpen it, and build the assets that would put them across the table from venture capitalists and Fortune 500 buyers looking like an established SaaS heavyweight. I refined their identity into something clean and authoritative, breaking away from the generic startup aesthetic. From there I built the toolkit that drove sales and fundraising: website, targeted landing pages, product videos that made the tech easy to grasp, and the pitch decks they used to secure investment.     Toowoomba Specialist Dental — Launching a Regional Specialist Brand
    Toowoomba Specialist Dental opened the first dedicated specialist dental centre in the Darling Downs region of Australia — before TSD, patients had to drive over two hours to Brisbane just to see a specialist. The challenge wasn't designing a clinic. It was building a brand that a fiercely loyal, close-knit rural community could trust. TSD risked being seen as city outsiders rolling in to steal patients from local family dentists. The brand had to signal partnership, not competition. I worked with the founders on the full launch: strategy, identity, and activation. Strategy positioned TSD as the missing piece in Toowoomba's healthcare system, anchored around education and community integration. The visual identity walked a tightrope between specialist expertise and approachable local — built around a "ripple effect" idea that good healthcare spreads outward into the community.
