    Speak Your Minds is a voice-first, AI-driven web application I built from scratch to solve a massive real-world problem: helping global language learners practice spoken English in a structured, judgment-free environment. I handled the entire lifecycle—from the database design and WebRTC room signaling to the frontend user experience—delivering a 100% feature-complete SaaS product.
    What makes the platform unique is its underlying AI telemetry pipeline. Rather than relying on self-reported fluency, the system listens to live voice chats, processes the speech using streaming Speech-to-Text models, and automatically stamps a verified CEFR language level badge (A1–C2) on the user’s avatar. I built this using NestJS, WebSockets, and React, and engineered custom room-routing logic so hosts can level-gate their rooms. The app is currently live in production, running on our custom media servers under a 300-user stress test cap.
