Wonderland is an experimental film that explores the inner world of a meditative mind, blending visual storytelling with immersive cinematic techniques. I wrote, directed, and filmed the piece, crafting a narrative that reflects the fluidity of thought, mindfulness, and introspection. The film uses carefully composed imagery, deliberate pacing, and color grading to evoke a sense of calm and reflective presence, allowing the audience to experience the subject’s meditative state.
The project involved extensive visual experimentation, including shooting the same scene four times using colored acrylic overlays on lighting to achieve unique visual textures. Additionally, I created shorter versions of the film experimenting with different narrative structures, audio approaches, and pacing, exploring how these elements altered the audience’s perception and engagement.
Through thoughtful editing and experimentation, Wonderland challenges traditional narrative structures, creating a sensory experience that is intimate, contemplative, and thought-provoking. Every shot was designed to capture subtle shifts in emotion and perception, highlighting my skills in directing actors, camera operation, lighting, and post-production, as well as my interest in the intersection of visual art and human consciousness.

I wrote, directed, and edited the scene, focusing on character-driven storytelling and visual composition to bring the moment to life. The film combines dynamic cinematography, precise camera work, and thoughtful editing to heighten tension and convey the emotional stakes.
Through this project, I strengthened my skills in directing actors, managing production, and creating a polished final cut that balances pacing, tone, and visual style. Sore Loser demonstrates my ability to reinterpret existing material and transform it into an engaging, cinematic experience
