    This stylized fire axe was modeled and textured following the Fortnite visual style. Based on concept art by Sperasoft, the goal was to faithfully translate the 2D concept into a fully optimized 3D game-ready asset. I was responsible for the entire pipeline: Modeling in Maya and ZBrush, baking in Marmoset Toolbag, texturing in Substance Painter and rendering in Substance Stager. One of the main challenges was finding the right balance between the original 2D concept and a stylized 3D look that fits seamlessly into the Fortnite universe.
