Developed a CRM system using FileMaker with the Anchor Buoy table structure and scripting. Built an HR management tool for onboarding and internal processes, including fleet management with vehicle assignment, handovers, and vehicle history. Managed notebook and iPad tools providing an overview of all assigned devices and associated documents. Automation and automated testing of PERI software in Ranorex with C#; creating reports in Jira and documenting details in Confluence. Tested multiple modules (mobile inbound, return delivery, rental, master data, order processing, warehousing, inventory) and specific orders (SD480, SD390, SD330, SD399, MD112, MD333, etc.). Performed manual testing with UI screenshots and conducted load testing of partslink24, webMantis, and ETKA using Apache JMeter. Used various JMeter controllers and analyzed module responses against test cases; produced final module reports.

Software Developer at Gulp GmbH (project: HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH)

Developed welding scanner software; established communication between Delphi-based application tool and external systems. Extracted data from XML, converted to JSON, and inserted data while retrieving values from the welding scanner. Created an interactive PDF consolidating calibration and validation data from Delphi and Python, exporting to PDF along with a JSON data payload.

Master Thesis - Finite Element Modelling at Helmholtz Zentrum Geesthacht

Finite Element Modelling of Friction Rivet FRP Joints with Abaqus for Airbus project. Assigned material properties and loading steps; investigated joint microstructure with DIC, applied Hashin and Johnson-Cook criteria, and performed explicit dynamic analysis to study fiber damage and rivet detachment.

Internship - Thermomechanical Characterization at Fraunhofer ENAS, TU-Chemnitz

Thermomechanical characterization of thin sputtered copper films on silicon; studied elasto-plasticity, fatigue, and subcritical fracture. Performed 2D/3D meshing, crack initiation/propagation via VCCT, and integrated CAD/FEM workflows using ANSYS.
