Architected a ground-up rewrite of government application infrastructure for hosting Drupal 11, using containerized and automated deployment approaches with best practices for Drupal hosting. Directed a team of over ten developers across application and infrastructure, launching features on time. Collaborated with product owner, technical product owner, and design to define actionable stories, acceptance criteria, and QA testing instructions. Managed on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore contributors for a complex Drupal + Drupal Commerce implementation. Led migration of the entire Drupal stack to a new PaaS with minimal downtime. Architected a new CI/CD process that standardized deployments and workflows across the team and organization.

Led and managed a large operation migrating a Drupal application and stack to a new PaaS, coordinating on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore contributors for a Drupal + Commerce environment. Built and codified CI/CD practices to serve as the backbone for future deployments. Leveraged Drupal expertise to drive a complex implementation with a focus on minimal downtime during live migrations. Emphasized strong collaboration with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.

Directly managed architecture and development of a large, custom Drupal Commerce implementation. Gathered requirements, user stories, and specifications from all business levels, including C-suite, to clearly define deliverables. Architected a custom API and data flow to support unique business rules and Drupal Commerce customization. Led collaboration with other tech leads to ensure reusable workflows across IPC’s technology stack. Engaged with clients to understand needs, build rapport, and align client vision with technical capabilities. Spearheaded development of web applications, sites, and data storage platforms for major clients, coordinating with project managers and up to 20 developers. Implemented Agile practices with two-week sprints to maintain trajectory and meet deadlines.
