    uniE621 Thesis
As part of my final year of studies, I wrote a dissertation on the role of graphic design within the food industry. Through this work, I explored how the brain can interpret visual signals and translate them into emotions, as well as how graphic design is used to sell and influence our behaviors and consumption habits. To create a layout consistent with the theme of food, I designed a few patterns and graphic elements inspired by food packaging. I also chose colors and typefaces representing two opposites in terms of influence: green combined with straight typefaces to discourage consumption, and pink combined with more rounded typefaces to encourage consumption.
